Chef Dante Liporace designed a menu that portrays the flavors of the mountains. His cuisine pays homage to the products of Barreal: goat cheese, fruits, regional jams, aromatic herbs, and other local flavors. There are revisited versions of classic recipes, such as “punta de espalda”, dried pasta with tomatillo sauce, pachata with ketchup, and young goat with gnocchi.
